I would like to share my experience working with Andrew on my pure smart home 3 room BTO renovation. Like any renovation journey, there were both pros and cons, but overall we are thankful for the work delivered. Compared to the market, Andrew is a reasonable person and his pricing is fair.

Despite being very busy, he never gave up on us and always tried his best. One example is the multiple 3D renderings he redid for us without any complaint, even when the changes were very last minute. He also helped us install many appliances and his touch up works were very decent. Andrew truly puts in effort and is a problem solver who commits wholeheartedly to resolving issues whenever they arise.

He has been very accommodating, especially with my high expectations, as you can see from the pictures. He will always respond, although at times we had to follow up because of his packed schedule. There were a few errors along the way, but he corrected them, and the workmanship and overall quality are good.

The main downside is that responsiveness and proactive updates can be improved, and the timeline was not as smooth as expected. However, the final results turned out well and the quality is definitely there. I appreciate Andrew’s effort, and I would still recommend him. I hope he continues to grow and prosper in this industry.
