Throughout the entire process, Elson was approachable, contactable, and consistently helpful. He also provide a clear renovation timeline, allowing me to track each stage of the work and understand what was happening in our home at any time. He took time to understand our needs and preference. This has given me an immense confidence in him throughout the project.

All issues were resolved promptly. The whole renovation process felt very very organised and stress free. Workmanship and quality met our expectations and the final outcome matched what was discussed and agreed upon. The project was completed within our budget and scheduled timeline.
