I am a second time home buyer who was looking at moving nearer to my siblings.Nearing the date of my flat sales completion,
I had to look for a reliable renovation company to do the renovation of my resale EA. I had looked at almost 14 companies before 
I narrowed it down to 2 companies and finally settled on TAB Gallery as their price seemed reasonable. 

But the main reason for choosing TAB was because of the salesperson. From the time of my query over sms,
TAB Gallery had been prompt in assigning me a salesperson to attend to my queries. That salesperson was a young man who seemed more of my son’s age and my initial thought was “he seemed so young, an introvert and inexperienced”.

But my renovation journey with him from last Nov to this year April proved me wrong. Eleven Chan or Yong Hsiang as I affectionately call him became a good friend
who pleasantly surprised me with his service. His patience and willingness to look at things from my perspective enabled for a clear communication between us.
This allowed for the renovation work to be smooth and to be completed on time. Yong Hsiang understood my design concept, so he worked with the sub-contractors to ensure the outcome matched what I had wanted. He ensured that errors were rectified on time without additional cost especially when the mistake was made by the workers.

He highlighted certain facts that helped me prevent unnecessary delays and to cut down on additional cost. He was very responsible in overseeing the work. As promised, he completed the work within 11 weeks, and it was on time for me to move in without having to pay additional rental for my ex-unit that I was staying at. My entire family was happy with the outcome of the renovation.

Yong Hsiang or Eleven Chan as he is known at TAB Gallery is a sincere young man who is good at the work he does. I usually do not recommend vendors, but I had recommended Eleven Chan as a reliable contractor to my friends who were looking at renovating their places.
