Me renovation was done by Sze Ting. While it's only 2 toilets renovation and some small changes around the house, Sze Ting was quite attentive to what i needed. Definitely there'll be some hiccups here and there, but most problems were resolved quite quickly. She's responsible, and don't just shirk away from issues but solve them together. One good point is she'll visit all the neighbours around the unit to talk to them and inform them about the renovation (don't see my neighbour's ID coming to tell me personally about their renovation). She'll also do video updates when you're not around. Bonus - she sings well too! hahhaha

One smaller can be improved point will be if she can put up suggestions on designs (like which tiles combination would be better, etc), especially for people who have problem selecting the design from a huge collection of tiles. She does propose the layout and overall design, but leaves the colours/feels to the owner.

Overall, I'm satisfied with the renovation. So thanks Sze Ting. Everything completed closely to the timeline (slightly out but that's okay).
