Met up with a few ID companies before decided to engage Tab Gallery due to two main reasons: Service and Affordability .

Crystal who are my designer really made the effort to find out my requirements and keeping to my budget which win me over among the other IDs. I was impressed by how they would think out of the box and proposing different design too. The other plus factor is their service, always contactable and very efficient!

They are genuine, knowledgeable and gives good advice on what works best during the renovation process, yet they do not come across as being forceful that you have to adopt their ideas which I encountered with some other IDs. As usual, renovations always come with some hiccups along the way, Crystal and Kelvin will still assured me and solve all my problem that came along the way.

Even now though my renovation as come to a end, the after service that provided by Crystal is commendable. Be it plumbing issue or electrical issue, she will send her contractor down with a fee and the price is within the market rate or even cheaper after comparison. It has been a great pleasure having her as my designer and of course i will engage her once again if i requires renovation again in the near future!
