From the very moment I stepped into the showroom, they made me feel welcomed and listened patiently to my renovation ideas and needs.
Even after I revealed that I was tight on budget, they did not show any less enthusiasm in serving me. Instead of getting pushy to get me to spend more,
they kindly offered many alternative suggestions to the design and helped me work around my budget. When the renovation work started,
they continued to impress me tremendously with the detailed scheduling, constant updates and tight supervision of the renovation works.
They were prompt in responding whenever I had questions or needed consultation with them. During the renovation, there were 2 minor accidental errors with the running of pipes and the construction of wardrobe, but they did not shove their responsibility nor make me bear any extra costs, but thought very hard to provide alternative and clever solutions to the problem.
They have demonstrated a high level of professionalism in their service, a great sense of responsibility and reliability, as well as proactive and positive work ethics from beginning to end.
