We went to Tradehub 21 as there were a few IDs at a stretch to our convenience. After obtaining a few quotations, the most reasonable pricing and coverage of what we were looking out for was prepared by our ID, Kenn Goh.

We came prepared with our own ideas and photos, and we have in mind to engage an ID with CaseTrust. Kenn has the years of experience and connections to the best tilers and carpenters in the field. These are the two most important factors for us.

We aimed to complete in 3 months, but the slight delay was inevitable. We set ourselves some buffer to manage our expectations due to delay in materials and lack of manpower at certain periods during the renovation.

However towards the end, a house is now a home and Kenn delivered as promised. The photos evidently reflects a job magnificently done, and we are truly grateful.
