Beginning from price point, after comparing multiple proposals from various companies, Tab Gallery offered us the most competitive and appealing package, while taking into consideration all our renovation needs.There are no hidden costs involved, and any subsequent additions not originally included in the main contract are also charged at reasonable rates.

During any renovation, there are bound to be hiccups, big or small. What I really appreciated is that Tommy is always professional and responsible by ensuring that all issues are promptly addressed without tardiness.

His excellent customer service and professionalism makes it a great pleasure to have engaged him as our ID. He takes much effort to be on-site as frequently as possible to ensure a smooth flowing renovation works.

I am also particularly impressed by his tactful approach to keep our neighbours happy by constantly communicating with them on any inconveniences that might be caused during our renovation. Renovation schedules are clearly communicated by Tommy at the start, with major milestones achieved like clockwork.

We began our major renovation in October 2020, and my family managed to move back in by early January 2021, which was in accordance with our schedule.
Never was there an instant of over-promising and under-delivering throughout our renovation.
