Hello Folks, I would like to share my renovation journey experience that started in March this year sourcing for ID/Contractor and my personal experience having contracted the service of Tab Gallery and the Project Manager/ID Jeremy.

I came across Tab Gallery on Tik Tok and liked what I saw so I decided to make an appointment to meet and discuss about my renovation needs. Jeremy reached out to me to make an appointment to meet. First - A little something why I decided to go with Tab Gallery rather than two other renovation firm. Speed of response was one and secondly the quotation was reasonable. But what won me over in the first place was my contact with Jeremy. He came forward as knowledgeable, friendly, reliable and most importantly, he wasn't pushy with his recommendation. He would listen to what I need and make appropriate recommendation accordingly.

This is something which I appreciate as a consumer very much. A salesperson making recommendation according to what I need and not tries to push what he wants to sell. The renovation was done timely and Jeremy was always there to ensure the work flow were done properly and his teams gave the best results. What I have appreciated much from this experience was the fact that Jeremy always make an effort to update me on the progress and development at every stage of the way. He was also very prompt in answering my questions and doubts I had. I never once had to worry because Jeremy was on top of everything. When I discovered something not done right, even after the renovation was completed, Jeremy would always responds swiftly to address the issues.

In addition to Jeremy being swift in his action/response, I also appreciated the fact that all communications were done via Whatsapp and Jeremy's Line Manager is also roped into the Group Chat. This ensures a continuity of responsibility if and when a project manager is no longer with the company. A lot of renovation firm would feign ignorance if and when a project manager or ID leaves the company, they tend not to foot responsibility for the work rendered.

Kudos to Tab Gallery for this practice. I personally recommend Tab Gallery and Jeremy to anyone who is planning to renovate your house soon.
Jeremy turns out to be more than a Project Manager/ID. He is definitely more like a friend who will oversee your renovation needs professionally and efficiently.
