My ID, Michael Lim from Tab Gallery did an exemplary job in renovating my kitchen. All my friends complimented that the colour blends so well and the sintered top looks so beautiful. All colours are chosen by Michael. Friends also commented that the workmanship is very good. I was given Blum system with slow close hinges. The drawers can open all the way fully. It looks very sturdy. The best cabinet I have gotten and I am sure it will last. Not just that, I was given non-toxic Low formaldehyde wood, so it is safe for the family and there is no bad smell.

Not only did the end product exceed our expectations, Michael’s service throughout the project is also very commendable. First of all he has a personal assistant Pei Ying who helps to answer all my questions promptly and gave us a quotation. Next Michael came down with his carpenter to take measurements . In the process of choosing the reno company, several of them refuse to come down to my place to see without me having to pay them first, payment ranging from $50 to 20% of quotation. So I am so happy that Micheal came down to see me without any pre-payment.

Michael is also very patient, explaining things to me and making sure I understand so that I can make the best decisions. He will send me videos of him explaining the various features of various options I have using fixtures from the company’s showroom.

During the renovation, Michael also came to inspect the workers, it is not just mere attendance marking, he checked and rectified some of their work. He even got the electrician to come back as the electrician forgot to water proof the socket near the window. It is also incredible that all his men turned up punctually; be it the plumber, the electrician , the sinter top men or the carpenter, none were late, so we are impressed.

One notorious part of reno ID is that they will make you spend more and one may end up with a huge variation order, but not so for Michael. All were initiated by me with no pressure from Michael.

Admin wise is also a breeze as all settled via e-sign and e-pay. Everything was very systematic.

Michael has indeed done such a good job, the whole process was so pleasant. Reno can be a very stressful event, however, we are so glad to have engaged Michael who makes it as stress free for us as possible. Photo speaks more than words, below is a before and after photo of my kitchen.
