I had met up with several IDs before deciding to work with Tommy for my resale flat renovation. He demonstrated knowledge of his field and provided prompt advice to my requests and suggestions throughout the job. Work progress was constantly communicated to me and he even responded when I occasionally had to text him late in the evening.
There were some fixes needed to be done after the handover and he swiftly settled the issue for me when I contacted him.
